Dua serigala muda yaitu Kate dan Humphrey, dari beda kasta secara tak sengaja dipindahkan ke tempat asing oleh penjaga hutan. Humphrey adalah serigala Omega, yaitu serigala yang selalu bersenang-senang. Sedangkan Kate adalah Serigala Alpha, yaitu serigala pekerja, penuh disiplin dan serius. Walaupun perbedaan sikap tersebut, Keduanya mau tak mau harus saling bahu-membahu demi kembali ke tempat asal mereka, namun cinta membuat segalanya menjadi rumit.
